Richard Wong was born and educated in Hong Kong. During his early teens, an opportunity enabled him to travel to the West on a journey expected to last for a year or so but fate kept him travelled all over the globe for more than two decades. During that time, he had the great fortune to live amongst the people of many different countries, exposing daily to their ways of life, customs and languages. 

Later, he took full advantage of his unique world-wide cultural background and used this personal experience to form the basis of all exchanges at international meetings. As a true global citizen processing in-depth cultural insights, he is able to assist effortlessly the specialized needs of our multi-cultural clients.

For over 20 years, he has been at the helm of a leading Hong Kong conference interpreting firm, which served a majority of international events throughout the region, covering a kaleidoscopic range of major human activities. 

The most daunting challenge he had to face was at the UN-endorsed conference on women held in Beijing in 1995, attended by well over 30,000 delegates and visitors including the former First Lady Hilary Clinton. The sheer size alone called for the participation of an exceptional chameleonic personality with a great breadth of experience in many disciplines and a high level of organization and adaptability.
